The face behind the company-
I have worked in all aspects of the health care sector, from working in established companies, and helping to maintain the quality already set, to working in brand new start up companies, and helping to build quality, and business from the start up. Building new systems, supporting to build the property and client base, and ensuring all regulatory aspects are in place before moving forward in the business.
This has including in working with people with, mental health, dementia, autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. Within different settings, including care homes, residential services, and supported living. Which allows me to have a broad and robust knowledge on how each sector of the business works.
I have a passion for the job, and have a long history of building relationships within the care sector.
